Key Function:
- Provide quality legal support to Toyota bussiness departments with focus on business, commercial, antimonopoly issues.

Contractual work (projects related contracts, major operational agreements)

Corporate issues (strong background in corporate matters)

Antimonopoly issues

Tax issues
-
Bankruptcy issues
-
Represent company in front of state bodies in the course of authorities checks, Federal Antimonopoly Service

Commercial litigation

Higher Legal Education

English: Upper Intermediate

Experience: not less than 10 years of experience (preferably in-house) with focus on support of business

Good knowledge and practical skills of MS Office (Excel, Power Point); Reporting (visualization) skills.
